Every plan includes a monthly fair-use allowance of weighted resolutions, then meters overage — no opaque “AI credits”. A weighted resolution is one AI-handled conversation thread reaching a terminal state (resolved, closed, or escalated to a human), counted across every channel.
Channel weights: WhatsApp, web chat, and email count as 1; SMS and RCS count as 2 (they cost more to deliver). Overage above your plan’s allowance is billed per resolution at each tier’s published rate — Starter £0.30, Growth £0.20, Scale £0.12. Meta’s WhatsApp message fees above your included allowance are passed through at cost.
